yeah, i don't know what happened between him and i. we were friends since childhood. and somehow we started to turn on each other, instead of building each other up. and now it's honest to god has ruined me.

to be honest, i dont know. i dont think i realized it through high school because it was all just jokes and lulz. but then somewhere along the way, the jokes didnt stop and i realized these people probably actually weren't my friends and just used me to boost their self-esteem. so now they make six figures and i want to kill myself.

but there's honestly zero difference between having a degree and not having a degree in this modern world. trying to do the right thing has gotten me absolutely nowhere in life-- go to school, get good grades, work for a company, help them when they need... zero leg up. but the people who i know who said fuck the system, barely graduated high school, and just said fuck it and decided to live the life of their dreams-- made my entire savings account in 5 months off unemployment, in the same time it took me 10 years. my life is truly a fucking sick joke.
