They are eventually going to roll out a complete digital currency but niggers and others are not banked.
So they are probably going to create a bridge, a transition period, and get the niggers banking by way of post office facilities before they move everything over to 100% digital.

chainlink is for smart contracts. that's all. if all currency is on chain, you just need to give everyone a wallet. Telling everyone to use usdc on eth does not require chainlink at all. it would be very complimentary to chainlink, but does not require it. the amount of wishful thinking from braindead nulinkers is absolutely staggering.

I just really want to understand the thought process. Why would any central bank roll out a digital currency that they do not control.
Yeah all the existing crypto currencies make a great way to test various technologies but I see no reason not to "reset" the product when you move from a testing phase to actual production phase.
It would be like beta testing an mmo and when the game launches not starting the server fresh but instead letting the beta testers keep their characters and loot.

Great first choice. Shoot it as much as possible. One great thing about .22lr is you can shoot it your whole life, and pass it down to your kids, with the rifling still mostly intact, and the internals just barely broken in, due to the low pressure. I have bigger calibers, but I'm perfectly comfortable with picrel in most defensive situations. Placement, technique, practice, keeping level headed, these are the big factors.

Welcome to the club.

They will roll out a digital currency they can control. You're missing out on the role XRP is to play within the CBDC ecosystem. It is a bridge currency to convert between various CBDCs and other digital assets. That is what will give it value. They will use it because Ripple has been building the infrastructure to make this happen and Ripple's entire stated purpose is make XRP a high value bridge currency for international transfers.

Its not the technology behind any of the crypto currencies I am questioning its why is this particular brand of any value when all that brand really amounts to is just one instance of that code being implemented.
Its the FED they have the resources to have as many computers as they need running whatever software they want so what makes any particular implementation valuable?

Many corridors have already been established for ODL that use XRP as for settlement. XRP is already an established currency on the market, meaning the liquidity is already there. And the ledger is decentralized - I'm sure that is a huge consideration when Central Banks have these discussions on worldwide implementation of CBDCs. Also, these bankers probably have a vested interest in pumping their own bags.

There's rimmed and rimless cartridges. Rimmed is usually used on revolvers, and tube fed guns. Rimless is usually used in magazines, where they can stack flatly. This is a very popular cartridge, .22lr, so they do make guns with magazines for them, but due to their big rim, they don't sit flat. It's also why larger magazines tend to suck, drum mags a little less so. The geometry errors just accumulate
