Good advice, 50k's my target kind anon. The suicide stack numbers have been all over the place, but for me 50k seems a nice, round number should we end up in double figures a couple years down the line. Plus I don't need to stake my entire stack to work on some cases.

I think it depends a great deal on the rate at which exchanges list PNK and get the word out - if the leaks RE Coinbase in October were true, we'll see another pump before settling somewhere higher than we are now.
Also what >>21833376 says, plus remember we're talking about a moving target here - a 1/10th of what Link is (which seems conservative to me) will be way more in a year or two than it is now.

It's not about decentralised arbitration at all. It's about the trust you can create by having that as an option. Once you have a way to determine what is correct and incorrect (an oracle for anything) you can create any sort of functionality you want. The next step is identity on the blockchain - yo can upload who you are, stake to that effect, and anybody who doesn't believe you can challenge it and potentially win your stake. However if nobody challenges it, then you probably are who you say you are.
Once people generally believe the information you have on-chain, you can provide services to others, be it translation, design, whatever. It's the necessary step for smart contracts which require any modicum of trust whatsoever. PNK will unironically change everything.

for confirmation check etherscan for your wallet address

Until you decentralise the decision making process, the whole idea of smart contracts is severely limited. Without decentralised subjective decision making, you're at the mercy of whatever's programmed into the irreversible smart contract, which was programmed by one centralised entity. And if you're going to trust one centralised entity, there's no point in using a smart contract. PNK is the next level

People perform better when they have some stake in the outcome. It's just a way to encourage accountability.
Also, having a bigger stake doesn't give you more of a voice in the dispute, it just makes you more likely to be selected.
And Idena's proof of humanity is intriguing, but it can't be used to resolve disputes or verify credentials, which limits its usefulness. Also too much of a user commitment for too little reward for mainstream applications.
