If they actually deliver all of the things people fawn over (raiden, hydra, lightning swaps, no kyc trading, impossible to be shut down), then people are going to use it. The price right now doesn’t matter, because if the dex gets used then all the fees go to masternode holders (since they keep the whole thing operational) which pumps up the XSN price slowly as it is.

Everything comes down to usage. Usage comes down to them delivering and marketing. Now I am unsure whether this team is capable of marketing. But I can say I personally believe they are capable of delivering and growing. And that is enough for me.
