How Flare works:

Yes, you'll be safe if you move it to a trezor. There's going to be some mechanism where you can claim the spark by signing a transaction. You might have to wait for trezor to update their software or use another wallet that's updated, but you'll get the claim.

It seems to me that XRP and flare solves the oracle problem through the use of federated byzantine agreements. It also seems to me that the oracle problem is a problem associated with ethereum and not smart contracts themselves.

You can't currently stake or become a node operator with chainlink, therefore making it centralized to whoever sergey on-boards
