In Colorado you have a starting rate at $23.85 an hour. You will be doing the bitch work for 6 months tailed by a professional miner to make sure you dont fuck things up. There's such a shortage in physical silver that any halfway competent market participant would take delivery of physical silver as they could immediately turn around and sell it for profit. There are several private mints that are saying they can't get physical silver right now to continue minting products. There's a real shortage.
