Other than the increase in volatility that rebasing generates (which is the opposite of what a stablecoin should actually do), it does literally nothing.

RSR and MKR actually work because they use two tokens. In RSR's case, RSVs are sold in exchange for RSRs, which get burnt, so the supply of RSV can increase when the RSV mcap increases. This cases RSV inflation which reduces its price, while deflating RSR. Additionally, they have a working app thats already being actively used in Venezuela. For more info, read the whitepaper. Or, if you're too smoothbrain to understand how this is vastly different from ampl, focus less on the tech/economics and more on who is involved and the connections present.
