The thing is, even if McCormack is presented with strong evidence on or before the 4th of September, it doesn't necessarily change much. I think CSW really wants this to go to trial, so the latter will reject any attempts at settling before trial. And McCormack wouldn't want to come out publicly and discuss any strong evidence, because he has to be in as strong as a position as possible either to attempt to settle or go to trial. So yeah game theory dictates only McCormack's demeanor on social media might give bagholders any insight. If his fighting spirit suddenly goes way down... That'd be pretty good news.
