I think its fairly interesting to see its outcome, basically its about timezones (and date of submission).
The proper outcome in my opinion would've been "yes". Even though the claimant submitted his submission after the deadline in UTC, no where in the rules was the timezone defined. So the claimant is in its right to what I believe

Interesting, although I do see the reasoning your opinion. Preferably I'd see UTC become the standard time for the court as well.

In this specific case where there is no defined timezone for the deadline and the deadline having been met in the Claimant's timezone, it still puts me in favour of them. Unless there have been other rulings that have been measured by the UTC timezone as default, it would be unfair for the Claimant to suddenly apply this.

Gonna see how this works out, I assume there is gonna be an appeal either way.

I've been thinking of selling some aswell just from looking at the chart. But the whole crypto space is hopefully approaching another year long bull run so even if Pnk dips in the short term it will eventually reach higher highs.
Biggest buy signals for me are: actively being used, can be integrated by a multitude of projects.
