Considering the dump today, they must have dumped something fierce through it. I'll be checking out the outstanding shares tomorrow to see how much. Doubtful, I think CLIS is very much intentionally dumping shares to manipulate it just above the 0.07 mark. The pump on Friday probably made them decide to really dump significant amounts to force it back down to grab the people trying to buy the dip. I'll be curious if they actually hold to this rate but I think they'll go back to just matching the daily volume like they have been for all these months.

It's a "reverse split", meaning they are merging shares at a 10 to one ratio. Meaning if you have 10 shares before the change, you will have 1 share after the change, but the value will also increase so the total value of all shares you own should be the same after the change as it was before.

The reason it's caused the stock price to tank is that KTOV is below $1/share, meaning its not within NASDAQ compliance and risks being delisted from the exchange. Given the rumors around KTOV and collabs/mergers, everyone was expecting them to come back into compliance with news of a collab or some other good news that would drive the stock price up. The fact that they're doing a reverse split to come back into compliance suggests that there ISN'T some piece of good news coming, so people are dumping with the expectation that none of the rumors are coming true.

The fundamentals are good, they've got a shitload of FDA approved treatments in the pipeline, they just reported really strong earnings for Q2, and they're sitting on a pile of cash. The only reason this stock is dumping is panic + impatience. If you feel you absolutely MUST dump this ASAP, wait until the end of the month at least.
