Good allocation. The % allocated to BTC should generally be in line with BTC dominance.

Ditch the XRP (maybe wait for a pump before doing so). Replace it with Tezos (maybe wait for a pullback before doing so).

So something like 55% BTC, 20% ETH, 15% LINK, 10% XTZ. When you're ready to gamble, "borrow" a couple ETH from your HODL stack and join the Uniswap shitcoin speculation.

No, it is available on Binance. It's not yet on Coinbase, but will be available soon. You will want to buy Harmony (ONE) on Binance first before it becomes available on Coinbase because the moment it gets listed on Coinbase, the price will explode.

Why is Harmony (ONE) needed? It allows gas-free transactions off of Ethereum networks. And soon, all DeFi tokens will be using this. This is why Coinbase would want to list this as soon as they could, if only they are done accumulating. So I suggest you the same. Cheers.
