Assuming you don't sell rewards, you could save up for another one. But why would you. If you have 1 masternode then all your passive gains are gone in to saving for another node. Total masternodes should max out at around 45% of circulating supply. XSN is designed this way eg. Staking 45% Masternode 45% Treasury 10%
