I'm betting on the bullrun happening in the winter of 2021 as the halving charts show this is when it could happen, not a daily TA believer but on a 4 years cycle it makes some sense to me. Now obviously there are black swans and link is creating its own market rules, but from the get go I also saw link as a guaranteed long term hold, minimum 5 years, similar to early btc. All the early research was saying stuff block chain enterprise adoption will happen by 2025 etc. It seemed highly optimistic, I doubt this will actually happen, shit is moving so slowly and not really gaining any traction, but 2025 to me seems like a good target. Buffet once said the market was just a tool to transfer money from the impatient to the patient, so I'm ready to be patient. You can't call the top, so I'd rather wait and sell after the top than before, I won't set price targets, only time windows based on larger market changes. I just want to have enough to retire modestly, one or two mil would make me happy. Now by 2025 link could be worth 1000 or 0 with no in between, that's a risk I'm willing to take. The way I see it, link is uniquely positioned to keep hype alive due to how aggressive its bizdev is and how it can be applied to so many companies, it's growth is a feedback loop and even at rank 8 its still unknown and misunderstood by most, it has so much more room to grow. Staking, swift, ethv2, PayPal, libra etc. 2021-2025 cycle should be fun.
