they're not equal because even if it did go below $1 - which it wont, this is a hype project not intended to be a stable coin like SCAMPL - you would still have a reserve of +50% coins from rebase - meaning that as soon as it does go above a dollar again, your balance is significantly higher than if you waited to buy in at $1 and missed all the rebases
