Just like any other shitcoin the point isn't 'muh tech', the point is to dump on greater fools. Yes, Chainlink (and most other coins) are extremely overvalued in theory, but that doesn't matter as long as people keep buying. As long as crypto is a pricing game and not a valuation game all that matters is demand, supply and -> perceived <- value.

Don't listen to brainlets who tell you you should invest in a coin because of the tech. They have no clue about pricing/ valuation theory. The tech only matters if it makes for a good fairy tale that will make brainlets believe in the coin.

The only exceptions are coins that have (perceived) value because they can be used as stores of value and/ or for payments. These coins MIGHT keep their current valuations long term. All other coins in the top 50 will unironically be worthless in 5-15 years (depends on how long retards believe in the crypto fairy tale).

btw. this is not FUD. I have a significant % of my net worth in crypto. All I'm saying is that crypto is a pricing game. 99.5%+ of people who buy crypto (including /biz/) have no idea how to go about figuring out if Chainlink is worth $0.01 or $1000 long term. So it almost doesn't matter what it really is worth. Just make sure you get out before the end of the price discovery phase.

If a stock is trading at $100 and you believe it will be trading at $1000 in one year because of short term supply/ demand then you should buy the stock EVEN if it's worth $5 based on discounted cash flows (i.e. long term fair/ expected value).
