I read bezos's speech to congress and he's literally the template for the American Dream.

Guy came from almost nothing, raised by a single mother, grandparents were FOB immigrants. He took huge risks and made a name for himself, now he's the richest man in the world. Nobody handed him shit. Yes, he had pretty much made it by the time he was working at his hedge fund or whatever. But that wasn't good enough - he took a calculated risk, quit that job, and created one of the biggest companies in the world.

Nobody likes to talk about that, though. I still think Amazon needs to be broken up and I think billionaires need to be taxed more. But shitting on Bezos is pathetic and lazy. He's the modern American Dream and he doesn't get enough credit for that.
