More like everyone knows that, but AMD has exclusivity contracts with datacenters, laptops and most importantly next gen consoles while intel is being phased out of government and data center hardware specs while intel is behind 3 (!) generations on die size alone and will have to burn through cash like hell to get a move on. The so-called free cash flow they generate is really not free cash flow at all until they reach parity with AMD, which is not looking like it's going to happen soon. Until then, it's just money they have no clue how to invest to fix their shitty lot, and thus an indicator that the share price should be going down further.
AMD's share price is already pricing in all of this which is why the PE looks so high. It's still a great buy under $60 and a good buy under $85. I wouldn't buy it over $100 though.
