Canada, Alberta specifically because they have the lowest income tax and are probably the most similar culturally (yeehaw). Whole country is essentially just a safer version of the States unless you're in downtown Winnipeg or something. BC is also a good choice but it is more expensive; Ontario is cool and unless you live in the GTA it is pretty affordable.
