While racism is a problem, solving economic issues would go a long way towards solving a lot of that. There would just be less racial resentment all around if the lower classes had some economic stability for once. Everyone who isn't rich at the moment needs a shot in the arm and racial issues are often used to divide us against ourselves so that nobody get's any help and we all slide further into poverty.
