I love precious metals.

When I was trading stocks and crypto, I sometimes had problems controlling my emotions. When you see these massive dumps in a row and the panic everywhere, that the company bankrupts, that the coin is an exit scam, makes you do a lot of mistakes, makes you stressed out about your investments.
Physical gold and silver coins are comfy. they just sit there, in your wooden box, they're not going anywhere. You're not going to quickly panic sell when it has a bad day or when the Jews from JP Morgan are manipulating the price again. You know every year they get a numismatic premium, with every printed dollar they shine and sparkle even more. You're not holding a piece of paper that gives you a share of some company that can disappear from the market one day, you're not holding some magical internet points... you're holding a piece of the universe. Born in a supernova, rare, limited, with it's own history to tell. Holding gold and silver in your hand is holding a piece of a dying star. Making them CLING plays the symphony of the universe. It's wonderful.

We're all going to make it.

if that isn't hypersonicturbobullish for anything than the euro then i do not have a clue about money. from my own experiences with software projects i assume the want to have it until 2022/q4 but will have in 2023/q2. can you feel the acceleration too or am i retarded? any bankbros and fianncefrens here? is the euro crashing confirmed?

I went to the doctor yesterday. Supposedly the silver did fuck up my ass a bit and got a really weird look when I said I was wondering if sticking a 20oz kit kat silver bar up my ass for 5 hours would be bad. The doctor looked at me and was very disappointed and said "son don't do this again" and he gave me a card for the local mental health office.

Anons I need to find a new doctor. I am 29 and ive been going to him since I was 6.

These people that hold the physical may actually be able to cover all the PM if you choose to ask for it. Keep in mind: the idea of holding PMs in a collapse is that you can trade the physical asset, or take out loans against the physical asset once SHTF. It is possible that the PM "holders" do pic related and issue 170 tickets for redemption of every 1oz of a PM.

Of course it would work.

They would just reprint all new paper-money at a certain paper:gold ratio, and have banks issue it in exchange for old garbage money at a certain old:new ratio.

Gold standard doesn't necessarily mean everyone has to walk around paying for everything with physical gold. Gold standard just means that your paper currency has a fixed value relative to gold (meaning they don't print more paper unless they have more gold), instead of completely freeballing as is currently done.

Probably if this was done internationally nations would sign a treaty that says all members must allow other nations to audit their gold reserves, rather than just trusting to their numbers (china's fake gold fiasco).

Yes, that's the same exact thing the COMEX is supposed to be, but they still sell 170x the number of redemption tickets as the actual silver that they could ever produce. It's another layer of risk, is all I'm saying. A risk I'm not willing to take (and most here, either), but you may be. US isn't going to go full structural collapse, that never happens to any 1st world country. What will happen is a disruption in supply lines. This means that if things start going sideways each and every bit of delivery is going to be used for things like food, water, medicine, and Amazon deliveries. You may not be able to get your physical silver when you need it.

It is most likely going to be a very slow process. Hyperinflation sets in and the purchasing power of the dollar slowly declines. resets by their very nature must wipe the slate clean.
the dam will collapse, US recognizes Taiwan as independent, CCP tries to HK Taiwan.
Taiwan glasses beijing.
RU, JP, IN and many others enter and take back their land.
US cleans up its own shit at home with a multitude of arrests that alone would crash the markets.
Markets plummet to ass end of nowhere, triggers buying in PMs
Price increase phys supplies wiped
Comex claims force majeaur pays out 7B
Price moons further
Then the reset. Not enough phys in the world to cover the total $ debts and derivatives so most likely you get a regional open market standard on PM in a bimetallic fashion.
US has lots of stolen gold from Golden Lilly and will revert to Ag as the backing.
This leaves the US in control of a massive stash of Au in case needed in the furture

Because PMs are the last thing average people sell their dollars for.

Inflation is, in the strictest sense, inflation of the money supply. Eventually it works it's way through the economy and manifests as rising prices, but different goods and services are affected based on the demand for those goods and services.

Take food for instance; generally, unless there is a proportional increase in food supply for a proportionate influx of new dollars to bid up the price of food, people will have to buy food every few days at most and possibly every day. So food is one of the first spots for inflation to manifest.

PMs are one of the last things the average person wants to sell their dollars for. If they want to save or "invest" they'll usually just keep dollars in their bank account. This means that the effects of inflation on PMs are updated last. Silver is a heavily used industrial metal though, so it can be quicker.

Where the real fireworks begin is when this average person realizes that their dollar is losing value and they simply cant buy what they used to on their usual $100 grocery trip, almost like suddenly feeling like you cant catch your breath. Then the panic will drive them in droves into the waiting arms of the PM dealers who will turn them away at the gates for there is no more physical metal in their inventory. A glorious day that will be
