I wonder. During 2017 the bullrun went through a few pumps and dips before going on its big run. But back then the dips were all caused by regulatory FUD. "China will ban crypto", "The SEC will prosecute everyone" etc.
That factor doesn't exist any more. Nobody is going to pretend that crypto is going to get shut down by x or y country.
So as long as DeFi keeps moving forward, and as long as there are enough actual advances to keep some momentum moving (even if 95% of it is scams as usual) then I don't see why this would be the end at all.
