Real estate is the safest (at least in times of peace and not in some banana republic) store of value. Volatility of stock market despite it's potential for making mad gainz is by the same token a risky business (margin calls if it dumps hard - like march 2020 for ex or if you're overleveraged then you're rekt). Compare that with real estate which gradually gains in value. If you can rent it out it's a neverending gravy.
