This sounds like stuff you'd hear about inverse ETF, where you basically bet *against* the market. What you're looking at is a normal long-position fund where you bet *with* the market.
But just as a very basic general rule: Only *ever* invest into something you fully understand. Do your homework. Read up on financial terms and basic market knowledge. Nobody is going to hold your hand. Unless you don't care about your money and just want to blindly gamble with it, invest into something you understand and are comfortable with.

Ah, a theme ETF for gambling. General risk: It's very narrow. If something happens to gambling in specific you are *fucked* (mostly regulatory risk I would guess). Probably safe for the next 6 months though.

Specific risks:
You have no historical data. The fund *and* the index were launched in April.
Size (total). They claim to have $86 million under management (AUM). That's nothing in the world of ETFs. Larger funds have a few advantages, the most significant being liquidity. Look into how many shares of BETZ get traded each day, that's your guarantee that you can sell whenever you want. If nobody trades BETZ and you *need* to get rid soon, you're left trying to return your shares to the fund, which can take days (and will potentially saddle you with heavy losses).
Size (positions). You're investing into a basket of just 35 positions. The 5 biggest positions account for well over 5% each, meaning there's a significant cluster risk. If one of those companies goes bust, you're out 6+% of your investment. Maybe unlikely, but definitely not something you can make up in 6 months.
Fees. 0.75% is pretty high for an ETF.

There are a couple of red flags, especially for a beginner. It's a brand new, thematically very narrow and small fund. Medium risk at least.
