Is it an ingrown toenail anon? Does it hurt on the side and upper left? If yes, surgery is the only way. I'll post mine, two of mine at that, 6 years after the surgery. Had my done by a war veteran doctor.

I also am having toe issues. Mine is cleaner but was infected 3 days ago with some pus coming out. After soaking in epsom salt + hydrogen peroxide several times a day along with mass vitamin D + garlic + vitamin C and zinc, also turmeric it is doing better. At least wash it you fucking bum.

I woulda suggested to produce your own alcohol so you can disinfect (you can easily produce yeast) and then use potato skins or even wood to produce alcohol to disinfect)
But now, I would suggest you collect some flies and use their maggots(common fruit flies or flies that hang around trash)
Maggots literally eat the dead flesh(which is harboring bacteria) and leaving the clean fresh flesh alone.
Which means you prevent the infection from going further.

I got this on my thumb.. it’s your cuticle all fucked up. You have to heal it wet with neosporin and squeeze out the nasty crap.. use hot salt soaks on that foot and slowly pick circularly around the wound. You’ll see like a sheet-like yellow skin (your fucked up cuticle) slowly evacuate itself out of that bit of your toe

It should heal on it own in about 9 months. The only thing you gotta watch out for is if your nailbed is damaged and makes a weak nail. If that happens, as it grows out, the nail will weaken and break off again. No amount of link will help in if that happens.
