SIA, FTC, what you have to do is look at exchanges like bittrex/binance with the most volume and look for coins that regularly have anomalous spikes, just the other day on bittrex, XLM shot to .90 cents. If I am risking part of a stack by leaving it on an exchange I always have laddered sell orders up to optimistically high prices. Chainlink has done this twice this year, sia coin went from under a penny to 10 cents then back down. it's a side quest strategy that doesn't really cost you anything as long as the exchange stays solvent.
