Granted i'm option A2 buyer so i don't really see the advantage of it opening higher than ICO 0.5$ as i would want to accumulate more/have more flowing tokens that i can use (Btw i believe the majority of AVA holders would want the same as option B price wasn't that attractive and the cap was small, so keep that in mind) . But what i said about the exchanges is 100% true.
