He is saying link will drop to 73000-68000 SATs after the blow off top on the current run. This will be correlated with BTC breaking out of a 3 year bull pennant. So the drop in SATs will be somewhat offset by the increase in sat/USD value.

I personally think we will see 1 more push over 100k SATs to potentially 120k, and the the pull back he is referencing. Next pump will be a good time to rotate some of your stack into BTC
