TQQQ is just a leveraged version of QQQ. Specifically it's a daily rebalanced 3x leverage so if QQQ goes up 1% in a day, TQQQ goes up 3% in the same day and vice versa should QQQ go down. No, you can can do it with options but you shouldn't. Stay away from all short dated options. Stick to stocks you would be comfortable investing in long term, even if you decide you're going to try to swing trade. This will help protect you from losing a ton of money because you can just hold if it goes the other way.
