I think there is only going to be one more swing opportunity before the golden bullrun that starts by late 2020/early 2021 and that's going to be because BTC will dump into 7k range once more before the pump starts. Could see LINK dumping some in that same timeframe. The only way I think this isn't going to happen is if BTC doesn't dump but slowly declines instead which might not pull the alts with it. That being said, I just convinced myself not to swing, I guess there is a reasonable chance that BTC slowly descends to 7kish range before the big bullrun but without the sudden dump the alts won't necessarily follow the movement. So my biggest worry left is that the pandemic just crashes everything, that would really fuck me up as I'm using my investments with the hope of turning them into property, if the world goes to hell, those who own property, land, guns will be the best off and those holding stocks/crypto/cash probably fucked.

You already missed the dip, sure we may drop another 10% but you will likely miss the buy in before we spike again. Even if you do make a small profit it will be eroded by the fees.

If you are going to swing, you look for the blow off wick and then sell on the bounce.
Then start buying back in after a 30% retrace of the pump (not the full value) expecting a min 38% fib retrace.

You missed the bounce at 88k SATs so you are too late to swing effectively. This last leg up gained roughly 25k SATs, so the buy in would be around 82k SATs.

You could ladder buys expecting a deeper 50% (78k) or 62% (75k) percent retrace but run risk it won’t dip that low. We just bounce off 78k so if we find support there we are then on our way back up

I also lay out those points as someone who doesn’t swing anymore as I think it’s too risky. Just pointing out that if you wanted to try that would be the approach.

I’ve added more than I lost with the approach last year, but as we near the singularity the timeframes are getting compressed and I think there is too much risk getting burned and losing a huge chunk of your stack that you will never be able to regain with the price jumps
