ITT: We talk about coins that used to be /biz/ coins
Things that had a cult following that appeared, at the time, similar to ChainLink.

In retrospect, it's obvious that literally nothing came close to the sustained and complete love from /biz/, as Chainlink.

I'll start.
ARK
Antshares
OMG
And of course, the coin we all thought, at the time, as LINKs brother, REQ

Those were the days. Now 10k feels like nothing. Growing numb makes you a better trader, but at what cost.

Oh, and to answer your question, I remember feeling salty about missing the Waltonchain and Vertcoin pumps while holding Link. Seemed like everyone else was in them at the time.

Damn what a throwback, just went and checked the charts
That shit went from 4c to $8 during the first great bull run

Absolutely fucking insane gains. God damn anon, I hope the second bull run is even half as exciting.

A big sign that LINK was special was that its cult still existed in late 2018 when everything else faded.

Good times, anons.

I remember when Poloniex and Bittrex were the /biz/ exchanges of choice
And of course when Binance came in and starting listing new alts left and right, ultimately cementing its place as the #1 exchange on earth.

Still blows my mind that Bittrex and other exchanges were so fucking slow to list alts, all they had to do was fucking list hyped altcoins and they would be where Binance is today.
I'm sure it was regulations and shit, but man Bittrex really fucked themselves to the point of no return, and CZ claimed his rightful spot as the king of exchanges

Throwback to when this faggot would tweet a new Bittrex listing and it would pump 50%

It wasn't about the new alts, it was about bittrex not giving us the gas for NEO, while Binance did..
Trex decided to be greedy for $1000/day and lost billions in the process.

Ah yes, I had almost forgotten about the GAS fiasco.
Funny to think that if Bittrex weren't such kikes they might still be a leading exchange.

Probably not though, because they bent the knee to regulations so hard. I have a couple friends with $ still locked on Bittrex, demanding KYC to release the funds.
My friends refuse to give their KYC because they are giga schizos. (Can't say what I would do in their place, because fortunately I emptied my polo and bittrex accounts before they became jewed)
