They just said in Discord that they won’t let Raiden integration hold back the launch. They have been working with the Raiden team and have already completed swaps of BTC And ETH as a proof of concept. As it stands it doesn’t seem like Raiden integration will take too long but none the less they will not let it delay launch

From what i've heard from the channel they won't delay exchange for Raiden, but will integrate it when available.

I think that is the right approach. You can always improve an exchange but at some point you have to launch it.
