Those online blackmarket vendor fuckers were alphabet soup honeypot. Something similar happened to me.
All of our conversation were encrypted with PGP, but he sent me the tracking number of my package in clear, without encrypting it.
I noticed it and got scared, but it was too late, and it worked, they busted the trade.
I still don't get why those alphabet soup do those kind of thing. Indirectly encouraging crime, then busting it. Maybe to justify their useless existence.
