some other anons here suggested doing a mix of TSM/SOXX just so you don't expose yourself to too much risk from putting your semis in a single pick (geopoltiics risk between US and China after all).
Personally I dont wanna do that since I've been bullish for TSM before the rally. I'd rather just put more money into TSM and forget about "diversifying" within the same sector or over-exposing your portfolio to semis.

You know, it would be really sick if Robinhood let you specify a "get out" price in either direction on your options trades before you make them, as a function of the underlying price, or a percentage change, or a raw return. Yeah, you can go over to the contracts after they show up above your lists, and you can put in a stop limit order, but what I'd really like is a stop loss or stop gain. Just a "fuck it, sell at whatever the market price is, I don't care" option for upward or downward movements.

I did have that happen to me once. My best play was shorting NEM months ago during the crash, my rationale being that gold wasn't going to hold as a hedge since people were rushing to liquidate everything. Futures were way down one morning, I opened RH at open, and my contracts were all at 0.01. I thought for sure I was going to turn a profit and my heart stopped.

Then the market started churning and I saw my account value fluctuating several thousand dollars every few seconds, I sold, and pulled a 500% return.

I find the sweet spot for position number for my trading approach to be around 3-5 things at any given time. These are swings and they require monitoring. I also set trailing stops manually depending on the price action (set percentage doesn't work for me). When it starts to push towards the 10 position territory it's too much and I miss things from the information overload.
