This means that, considering ETH's issues, which manifest via the likes of Uniswap, with gas fees and transaction speeds, XSN's answer will be quite renowned just based on these two pieces.

Above those things, the Lightning Wallet is a convenient place to store all of your tokens/coins all in one place, where you can continue to hold your coins/tokens while you swap them by utilizing the CEX of your choice.
In other words, you do not have to move your tokens/coins to some wallet on a centralized exchange just to swap your AMPL to ETH, for instance. Instead, you can keep either in your wallet and exchange it for the other using whatever CEX you'd like at lighting speed and for virtually no fees, whereas if you went to uniswap, you'd pay at least 1000% more and it'd take probably ten times the amount of time to process the transaction.

If you're smart, you can still take advantage of this boom in liquidity flowing in to the DEX and purchase a masternode, which will reward masternode holders with DEX fees, which will be extremely high likely by the end of the year when (I guess I'm being optimistic) stage 3, Hydra, will be initiated across the masternode network.

This may seem like a lot to read, but it's hard not to be verbose with XSN because there's a lot to talk about.
