This has actually been my experience last couple of years, barely keeping it together. On and off sick leave. Finally started getting help a few months ago. I kid you now, exercise and mindfulness (body scan) is what really has helped me. I'm feeling the best I have in ten years, even caught myself thinking "I feel happy", an unfamiliar feeling.
