You are here
>They didnt buy KSM sub 10usd

/biz/ if you ever wanna /makeit/ now is the time.
Just look up the link between the next ETH(polkadot) and KSM and you will be suprised.
Small market cap of 25m as well

1000 KSM. Will I make it anon?

why are you still shilling KSM here, this doesn't need /biz/ to x10 from here.

holding since $2.
selling half at $20 and riding the rest to $50.
if you think super chad gavin won't deliver, that's too bad.

Can you help me understand why I would invest in KSM and not just wait for Polkadot? Isn't KSM just the experimental version of Polka, which basically means its a glorified testnet right? Honestly looking for answer.

Fine I'll bite. Polkadot is for large enterprises and large projects. Meaning lots of time, commitment and money to invest in it. Kusama, is more to experiment and go for smaller projects (so also for devs to "mess" around with.) The process of implementation is also much easier and faster since it is a robust version of Polkadot

>> No.20173063

And while we're at it. Polkadot and Kusama are godtier, but need a smart contract platform as a parachain...That coin is Edgeware. Hope any anon does at the least some research on this gem

Please for you to do the explain how government token makes the Rupee rain upon my village. I get why Polkadoties needs smart chain but not why government token good. Do you see dear? I dont.

Okay so some devs will actually be looking to build on KSM as a network in itself? i.e. with no plans of moving to Polka dot? Does that mean that over time KSM will slowly just move away from Polka dot?

Also, I thought I read that KSM was supposed to be a sort of 'early detection problem' for problems that might exist in Polka dot. But if a problem was detected on KSM (great for Polka dot) wouldn't this still be very bad for KSM holders?

KSM is used for bonding parachains to the relay chain, staking, tx fees, and governance.
It was also airdropped to ppl who own DOT, wonder why...

you see, anon, not every project needs the paramount security which polkadot offers.
some teams will like the 4x speed and ease-of-entry which kusama offers.
not everything is defi; esports, social sites, marketplaces will be better on kusama.

this is so retarded. this is like saying 'Ethereum Cash is for smaller communities to build on because the main network has slightly higher fees'

fuck off. KSM is doing to die when DOT is released

Anons, seriously, spend some time and research into this before it’s too late. Kusama is its own where projects prove themselves first before moving on to Polkadot and some stay for the higher speeds. Both made by Gavin Wood the CTO and Co-founder of Ethereum and if you read this article it gives you more info on why Kusama will be more important once Polkadot is live: https://polkadot.network/kusama-polkadot-comparing-the-cousins/amp/

Take a look at the Whtiepaper and try to understand parachains because they are fucking evolutionary! Just looking at ethereum classic, the shitcoin not meant to work with ethereum is at >$600 mil mcap and Ethereum at >$25billion. Just judging by the IOUs and past ICO of polkadot placing it at a $1.5 billion mcap . If it really challenges Ethereum (which it will) we can easily see Kusama at a minimum of a $250 mil mcap which is a 5x from here. Don’t be fudded out of this by idiots who don't even know how staking this works . (FYI: Extremely hard to buy this as 74.5% of supply is staked: https://www.stakingrewards.com/asset/kusama )

And one last thing: Polkadot's testnet is called Westend you retards. Kusama is it's own chain with it's own governance. Consider this your final warning before.

Lol, eth wasn't at 1 billion mcap upon release. Polkadot is overvalued af.

>> No.20175873

Kusama is an actual competitor to Ethereum.

If you remember Ethereum, it was marketed as an experimental testbed.

Kek Vitalik himself still calls it a testbed
