STATERA IS INEVITABLE

Statera Uniswap Pool:
A pool of STA and ETH, this pool existed from day one operating smoothly and securely. This is where the burn happens, it feeds the whole system and is fed by the system. When you pool your STA/ETH 50/50 here you “mint” a Uni-V2 token, which will be known as Delta Token.

Delta Uniswap Pool:
A pool of Delta(STA/ETH) and ETH. This is where the Balancer will buy and sell Delta from. To get Delta, this pool needs to pull from Statera pool, which burns STA.


PHOENIX FUND

A balancer pool of Delta/SNX/wETH/LINK/wBTC : 40/30/10/10/10. This weighting keeps STA at 20% in the pool (half of Delta) and puts a bigger bet on ETH. ETH is one of the highest volume assets in the space (giving our community more fees paid) and is the protocol that all of this is running on. Through Delta Token deflation is pegged to the index fund. Phoenix Fund needs to buy and sell Delta based on the fluctuation of the other tokens. Every time it trades Delta this ripples through Delta Pool to Statera Pool, where deflation safely happens on Uniswap, this deflation ripples back to Balancer, enabling ripples across the three pools.

In the article however, it also describes one token pooling directly into the Phoenix Balancer Pool. Please note that pooling STA will negatively impact STA's price in the short term. Pooling ETH is the best token to use because it is associated with all pools of the Statera ecosystem.

Statera Pool, it's not like all the delta is in the world is all minted and we have a full supply of delta for the rest of our lives. The system has to mint and "unmint" delta constantly to feed the balancer, every time you mint and unmint...burn. Everytime you use STA to buy any of the ecosystem's tokens...burn. Anytime you sell anything for STA...burn. As the pool needs more delta to buy people NEED to mint it, it doesn't come out of thin air! The Delta Pool and Statera Pool will be constant targets for Arb bots (we've already seen them start arbing and we've been live for an hour!). Those arb bots may do the most burning of all, every time Balancer sells or buys delta they will react to that shift in supply and demand and cannibalize any spread that happens by doing what? minting Delta or unminting delta...what does that do? burn. We have already seen multiple transactions in the eco system that burn STA twice in one transaction! One arb buy and one person unminting Delta:

The burn happens on the uniswap transfers, while the pool arbitrages the Delta token value.

But as it “saps” it away it creates the spread I just posted about in main chat. So bots and smart money will move in to make “free money” playing the spread and providing more liquidity to the system, because they are getting paid to do so.

This is an example of a bot buys Statera, transfers Sta for delta, buys delta for a higher price than it bought it for and ends up with more ether than it started with.
This is the arbitrage that G C talks about, and it burns Statera TWICE. The market will constantly try to find the market price of delta as demand for it moves, and burn Statera in the process.

Growth is good yes, continually isn't a hard requirement for any coin, the liquidity will simply change over time. If all of the community members withdrew liquidity, the token would suffer, LIKE ANY OTHER TOKEN WOULD. It wouldn't die though, the original liquidity put in the Uniswap pool never left.

CEX listing for STA would only burn tokens when transferring STA between exchange's and trader's wallets. The token can still be on a CEX though without issue.
