You need to understand that Chainlink is middleware that can be used as part of any technology stack. At this level an organisation isn't going to mention the middleware that they're using in their product, that's too much of a low-level detail. You would need to be speaking with the technology representatives of the product to get any information about the tech stack they're using.

The NPP stuff goes a long way back, it has been discussed on /biz/ quite a lot. Digital Asset certainly was a big crumb back then, but there hasn't been any concrete information beyond that.
