Yeah, those are the two big humps we're waiting for.
Apparently they are debuting a dApp that lets them have any dApp from ETH or any ERC-20 token port over to Harmony's protocol with one click.

After this dApp is created and after the 1000 nodes are operating, we're likely to see a big marketing push and there's no question Harmony will start ceding some of the ETH market.
It could easily make off with $1bil of ETH's MC if they can pull it off.

Basically, their big issue is getting in bed with CZ.
They haven't really done any marketing at all and its been heavily manipulated by Binance bots (which is very obvious).

Ultimately, it will moon after BUSD launches on Harmony and after it decentralizes, but until then it can only slowly crab up or dump once or twice again. If it does dump again, I'd buy though.
You know some big boys are going to buy in once it's less centralized just based on the issues ETH has that it inevitably improves (drastically).

Thing is... just like Harmony, there are many ETH killers, they do exist and are technologically better; faster. But this doesn't mean its the best solution.

Adoption and a bigger network is more important now. ETH 2.0 by current world standards is still good.

For example: It will outperform VISA / Mastercard in terms of TPS.

All of these are pure bullshit and you know it. They only bring more centralization in order to allow more TPS, which even then in most cases are still below of what's needed.

But regarding ONE, you're missing the point though. There's plenty of room for many solutions, and while 2.0 has the potential to be huge, so does Harmony from their current state. ONE might caught a "small" share of ETH's 2.0 potential and still be worth one or two billions in MC, which is an insane increase from the current price.
ETH 2.0 has the lead and will most likely be king if they deliver soon, but there's also plenty of money to be made from Harmony, which is looking better each day and has actual mainstream interest like Binance doing BUSD there.
