You need a static IP. Your best bet would be to rent a VPS. It's not super complicated, and there are guides you can look up. Or you can use https://cloud.stakenet.io/ for hosting. They configure the server for you and take XSN from your cloud wallet for payment. If you think XSN is going to moon, you'd be better off renting a VPS with cash, but the cloud service is easiest.

I look at what's for sale on the orderbooks between all the exchanges XSN is sold on, add everything up, divide it by the circulating supply, and either move the decimal place 2x to the right in my head or multiply by 100 to calculate the actual supply for sale on the exchanges.
Once you have a raw number (i.e. 510k) of the total supply available for sale, you simply divide it by 15k ~ 510k/15k=34 MNs worth of XSN remain available on the market. Keep in mind, there is already 34.62 million locked in MNs.
There is no fixed supply or cap on MNs. They do, however, become less profitable if the network becomes biased in their favor over staking and TPoS.

OKEx and Binance both know Stakenet exists, considering that XSN was listed on coinall (owned by OKEx) sometime ago and has been a part of Binance "V-Label" for a long time.
It makes sense why they wouldn't want to list it. If they did, they would probably charge a lot of money that could otherwise be spent on development.
In 2018, there were numerous coins that pumped upon getting a Binance listing only to fall into a crater price and volume wise and get delisted due to the vicious nature of the bear market.
It really doesn't matter. Most exchanges are something between bandwagoners and extortionists.
Stakenet's DEX will undoubtedly be the superior experience. Having access to multiple competing orderbooks in one spot from privately owned wallets without accounts or kyc is too tempting to resist.

Coinall used to have volume for XSN, but the community backed away from it. Stakenet did pretty well on there for awhile and did everything coinall expects for coins it lists on OKEx, but it never got listed. OKEx is also somewhat notorious for wash trading. That’s the best thing about shitcoins. I got into crypto with $1000 worth of BTC in 2017 at the time BTC just hit $2000 so had half a bitcoin. No it’s not ERC20, you need to either download the core wallet from there you can store, stake or run an MN, send it to Ledger/Trezor for storage only or send it to their cloud staking site for auto staking. Personally the cloud site is probably the best bet until you familiarise yourself with everything on offer and then you can make the best choice for you
