I honestly think that Link will due little to pump in the short term, although it is still my #1 long term hold.
Yesterday's news of a partnership with China was huge. As big of a partnership as there could possibly be. But the coin has only pumped about 12% since then.
The only other major announcement I could see causing a big pump is when staking is announced.
Other than that, I think Chainlink will increase in value only due to actual usage and demand for decentralized oracles, which I for one believe in.
As smartcontracts become more scalable (through next-gen ethereum, arbitrum, etc) more usecases for smartcontracts will become feasible, and the demand for a decentralized oracle will increase.

Borrow a stable coin - how much depends on your risk tolerance, around $1k worth should be good.
Take stable coin and swap for LINK on uniswap.
Deposit that Link back into aave to help your collateral ratio.
