here is the basic philosophical difference between the 3 forks all other bullshit boils down to this:
btc: don't trust, verify!
bch: trust, but verify! (weird ideas about preconsensus for 0-conf)
bsv: trust, don't verify! (let the miners handle the blockchain you can ask them about your tx)

inb4 spv works trustless on a minority hash shitfork: no it doesn't.

More like:
btc: when the subsidy ends, tx bandwidth becomes scarce resource, so people will be willing to pay high fees
bsv: when subsidy ends, massive tx volume will bring high aggregate fees

full nodes prevent you from following a chain that breaks rules, but it doesn't prevent you from following a chain that censors transactions. Attacks will start after subsidy becomes negligible.

>> No.19895636

>>19895508
If someone would attempt a 51 attack starting another chain it would incentivise more "good" hash onto chain to capitalize on the huge cumalative reward when the non fraudulent chain takes back over and takes their block and tx rewards.

If you try and say, well a bunch of miners could conspire to form so much hashpower that this can't happen, then you have to admit the same can be said about BTC. Game theory dictates it won't and it hasn't, just the same as bsv, the same mechanics are in place

Only brainlet followers who will never make money are pro btc and against bsv.

Computer engineer here, was in bitcoin before it had a price, already millionaire. Used to chat daily with gavin, big blocker, currently (obviously) all in bsv. Long term there is no doubt in the superiority of bsv, though short term proof of social media and hate against craig wright might keep price suppressed for a while, but investing should be done on a 10 year timeframe minimum. It is incontrovertible that craig wright is the founder of bitcoin, he is also an autost with zero social skills and a huge ego, and a liar who has forged documents. These things are not mutually exclusive. But anyway long term hell be irrelevant, bsv is technically superior and the best devs have already switched to it.

Lightning is a joke.

>> No.19898410

it's never been bsv vs btc. It's bsv vs hyperledger, r3, swift, bsn, chainlink, defi
Everyone in BSV underestimates the power of corruption.
There is nothing more geopolitically critical than money. Thinking bsv has to win because it is objectively the best system from the users point of view is naive. The current monetary system is more like a system of control, the things that we view as negatives are positives to those who benefit from it

To explore the starry nature ov my rage
