Just like there's the New York Stock Exchange in the US, there are other stock exchanges in other countries. Some names like SINT trade on multiple exchanges. The exchange in the US is closed until 4am eastern time but other exchanges SINT trades on are currently open and it is pumping on those exchanges. When the market opens in the US and traders in the US start trading SINT, the fact that it is pumping so hard elsewhere suggests it may be worth a look. So! High volume leaders are Carnival Cruise and OXY with 2-3% green. High volume leaders are MFA and AAL with -3% and -2% respectively. Again an orderly premarket with nothing with a market cap large enough to make the marketwatch list moving double digits. I'm not sure what the minimum market cap cutoff for these is. It seems to be in place so penny trash doesn't fill the lists on both sides every day.

There should be an official website that companies are required to post their financials to. In Canada it's called SEDAR. Portfolio selection, no shorting.
Blue line is if I had a crystal ball back in 2008 and had to pick a single portfolio of ETFs to hold until 2016.3. It picks a mix of XLK (tech) and TLT.

The red line (under the green line) converges towards the best solution as it gets more data. By 2014 it has figured out XLK+TLT, but by then it's lost 40% of it's starting. It got lost in the middle with XLE (energy).

The other lines are some mix between Red and a uniform distribution between the ETFs.
