COMP = governance token = share of future fee revenue. Not dividends per se, but ongoing revenue.
RSR provides the same benefits - share of future fee revenue, which can be arb'd in a way that does not reduce your total ownership of RSR.
I understand it is a little more difficult to understand than "buy and hope number go up", but if you give it some focussed attention I'm sure you'll understand it eventually.

Holders like to make a price prediction of $1 because its an easy conversion into how rich they will be (I.e, I hold 1M so $1 will make me a millionaire etc). Most holders will be very happy when it reaches $1 but the honest truth is it will surpass that. I'm not a fan of price predictions, especially by a certain year but I have done extensive research and once it does hit $1 it can easily 10x from there simply by how much RSV will be adopted by those who desperately need it.
