In hindsight I understand how using a Token generator can look bad at a glance because of the current flood of Uniswap scams coming through -BUT I'd like you to consider that the scam never comes from the source code of the tokens itself which is usually 100% sound

Actually no, it's not. A simple erc 20 token takes almost no time, there are even examples you can copy from reputable ethereum organizations complete with tutorials. It would be quicker for a competent dev to code it himself than to use a "generator"! Literally the only reason to use such a thing is if you don't even have the most basic coding skill.

Measuring our coding skills through an ERC20 token makes no sense at any level because nobody codes ERC20 tokens.

Once we launch our first inhouse DAPPs I will let you know first thing so you can analyze the source code.

But right now, anyone who takes more than a cursory glance knows that using a ERC20 generator is perfectly fine.
