Vechain and Algo are designed to siphon money from the "Intelligent" investor that thinks he's smart because he did his research and this new tech is so revolutionary. Actually the only use case is profiting off of dumb investors that actually have some money to lose; token not needed. Private DLTs, hyperledger, there are better options. ETH already will be better platform than anything built on these two.
