Follow whatever the first 15m candle looks like at open for free money. Red candle? Buy put at 9:45 and sell at 10:30. Green candle? Buy call at 9:45 and sell at 10:30. Stock can snake its way up in-between those times but never properly reverses. By 10:30 it's done with the first run. Next run is somewhere between 1:30pm and 3:30pm and after that it's eod pump/dump. In-between there is either a reversal or a doubling down (usually the former) but it's not easy to predict which one will happen.
