generally its a stop market but ill illustrated both. Say you bot at the green like (5$), on the right is stop market which means if it drop to 4$ then get me out at whatever the bid is. A stop limit means trigger the order when the stop price is hit (4$) which would then activate the limit order of 3.95 which means that get me out at 3.95 at worse and not lower. The risk with the second stop limit is that if the stop moves too fast it might not fill you completely. The risk with the first is that if the spread is too wide then the market order fucks you over a bit but you will be out.
