I read the kleros white paper and it’s shit. Jurors would not be incentivize to work, given you get penalized if you vote against the majority. E-commerce is its only viable market fit, they haven’t made any significant progress in that area. Also on the issue of randomness, getting jurors randomly is solely based on number staked pnk. if I’m going to court and I’m a top holder, I’ll create multiple addresses, offer to stake the highest so my addrs gets chosen.
