If you look at the total MCAP for all coins besides BTC (its on tradingview), you will find MASSIVE volume and obvious accumulation patterns especially the last 18 months. Volume precedes price. Alts are going to run soon, retrace a bit and then BTC is going to take off in 9-12 months or so pulling up the entire market. It should be a solid time

Yes that was the dynamic of the last bullrun, but it will likely be different this time. ETH came out allowing ERC-20s to be minted at will. Suddenly you had 100's of blockchain use cases and services. I was reading 5 to 10 white papers a day to figure out and understand which products were solid, who the teams were, past accomplishments, institutions involved, how the tokenomics worked etc. 2017 was all speculation based on perceived tangible future performance of the companies based on some of the metrics I laid out.

This next run will be different. The Alt MCAP volume analysis shows clear signs of insane accumulation meaning the institutions made their bets and have been investing. This blockchain companies and services will finally be coming online completely soon. We are going to be seeing the winners and losers of the space, many coins will die off.
